Rat Repellents

Rat Repellents
Rat Repellents
There are many different types of rat repellent available to buy from shops and on the internet nowadays.  This can make it very difficult to know which is the right one to choose for your purpose.  Some are chemical based and may be toxic and smell highly unpleasant, others are more natural and may smell not so bad but may not be as effective.  It is not a good idea to use some repellents in the vicinity of food and preparation areas.  Pets and children should also be kept away.

A new type of rat repellent is available which is non-toxic and can be used around food. Hammer Technologies new rat repellent flooring is highly effective when other techniques fail.  It generates a perimeter around the edge of the property which the rats can't cross.  Details about how it works seem pretty thin on the ground but Hammer Technologies seem pretty confident about its ability.  Rats are renowned for the amount of damage they cause to property every year.  They chew wires to grind their teeth down; a few strategic nips can lead to a multi-million pound piece of hardware being put out of action.  This will be for as long as it takes to strip it down, diagnose and fix the fault.  Sometimes spares will be required.  Use Hammer Technologies' new device if you want to be sure your equipment will be safe.
